Ive just run edje_convert over all the exchange content. This has put
all the content into the new edje format. It is backwards compatible,
so anyone thats not using the alpha builds can still use the files,
but it also means the people on the bleeding edge can continue to have

Ive noticed that if a theme has gradients in it, and you use
edje_convert it will seg fault. Most older themes use gradients in the
fileman selector...

eg; themes/BlueCurve/gtk-2.0/buttons/button-default.png
then use that file for a button base. You could then go and parse the
index.theme for the borders for that file and set it.
