I have the 28-135 USM IS and have a problem with it. The zoom is creeeping
very easiely and now the zoom blocks at times. The range is restricted to
say 135-70. At 70mm it blocks as if it were the end of the zoom range. This

next shot it's massively overexposed. That's using a 550EX with an EOS-3
in manual mode with E-TTL flash, which should be about as good as Canon's

I've seem some pretty incredible wildlife pictures taken with this
lens, one in particular is a poster from a lightjet of polar bear in
the arctic, it darned near made me buy the lens... I think this is a
spectacular lense for some wildlife photo situations and is pretty
