First responders have a series of materials and apps that they use to determine
how to address a particular.

There is no "ground" in a vehicle, only "chassis". (Unless the vehicle
is on charge and connected to the grid.) The drivetrain and the AM radio
share the chassis "ground", which is likely the root of the problem.

I had interference on the AM radio in my Tesla model S.
Took it in to Tesla to be fixed.
A week later, I got it back. No change in the AM interference.
Their answer, use streaming for AM...
