Does anyone have a drawing or sketch on wiring an electric reverse switch and
contactors for a 1200A Raptor Controller.

I'll be entering the first winter with my new pack of Lithium Batteries and had
a few questions.
I know that the cold weather will affect my range, but need some information on
what I'll see.
Pack is (50) Calb CA-180 AH Cells. Total @ 3.35V ~ 30,000 Whr's. 21,000 Whr's

John;
Not sure what pack size you have, but Evolve sells a Zivan, 100-200V - 50A
DC/DC.
I've had a Zivan for 4.5 years with no issues, but I have to admit, I'm not
pulling the current you are.

Buddy;
Sounds like your experiment is paying dividends.
I don't have any experience with this, but I've heard that the aerodynamics of
underneath the car, are as important as the top of the car.

Yes I would agree.
At our plant sites, we use electric golf carts for all of our construction
projects.
They all had a key switch to power up, and a rocker switch for forward and
reverse.

Dennis;
The motor I have for my 72 Vega has a Steel V Ring Commutator.
Can you educate us on the differences between this motor and a normal ADV or
Warp DC motor.

Wanted to give everyone an update on the vibration problem.
Took it to a local mechanic and put it on a lift.
He raised the rear end and had me rev the motor while he was underneath. I
tried 3rd and 4th gears and both were the same.
Vibration became very noticeable at ~ 1500 rpm. When I drive it
Hey don't say that too load !
Wayne should make a pretty decent profit on this one.

Then during the day we heard bullish news on the government front. First bills
in New York and New Jersey that would allow Tesla to set up shop in
non-traditional storefronts moved forward. That's big news, especially in New
Jersey where the state assembly voted 77-0 to allow zero emission cars
news, but why do you think that it will be hard to defend
those existing monopolies?

In reference to your P.S., good idea.
I'll give that a try and report back on the results.

slowing from around 45 mph, but I figured it was due to a ~ 50 year old truck.
Postponing them as a primary trouble shooting point.

I don't know if this means anything, but let me repeat one thing.
Under acceleration with torque on the motor and drivetrain the vibration is not

My '64 Spitfire definitely has a wobbly shaft, but I haven't made the time to
pull it out and get it balanced yet. I stick to surface streets in the
meantime.

No change.
I’m guessing it’s either the angle on the motor/transmission in
relation to the rear end, or I may have to pull the motor/flywheel/pressure
.
Is the input shaft parallel to the output shaft?

Didn't know if anyone had any clues to a problem I'm having.
