Diane, Did they still disable the Preload Pages setting? While only Hatch libraries have reported the issue in my network so far, I wouldn't be surprised if it could affect non-Hatch workstations, too. I'd still disable the setting to see if it helps. John John Amundson | Library Applications

Hi, Elizabeth: Thank you for the reply. My understanding is that the more recent versions of Hatch do not need a standalone installation of Java. We removed that requirement from our instructions year(s) ago and haven't had any trouble. I would hope by updating Hatch the most recent version
