Add logic to apply rnfs_sles10.patch when installing OFED NFS on SLES10.
This will add start/stop of rpc.statd to nfsserver init.d script
only, then this should it prevent from happening.

regress that package to the one found in the 07/02 nightly build, the

Currently, the only vanilla kernels that are supported are 2.6.22,
2.6.25, and 2.6.30. This patch modifies the install.pl to only work for
those.
With the removal of RHEL5.1 support, the kernel check for RHEL should
not install for it.
