The other problem was because basically, there are 16,384 columns in each
row.When you add or delete the row, you're "changing" 16,384 cells.

Hi Ashu,
Use Simple Vlookup function which is suggested by Vaibhav Sir.
and Delete NA# with help of filter.
It's simple.

Dear Sir,
I have some Blank cells in A column and Some Blank Cells in B Column in
sheet 2.
I want to match the C column data from Sheet 1.
only single formula required. If we don't want to put any formula in A and
B column but some cells are blank in both columns.
It is possible.

Yes, only if class no. is also unique the same way Name.
Check this cell with blue color.

Was precisely the error: problem with the file name. * xls.
To work well, every day change the name, for example: 31/08/2014 and rename
to (T3108.xls).
Then do the test with your file. If you have any problems, please send me
an example of your file (Tddmm.xls).
