I'm not sure what client you are using, but it works fine for me (OL 2002).
The top of the store isn't listed in the list you describe - it is above
that in the two lines of folder size and folder+subfolder size (it is the
folder size, BTW). The one below is the entire mailbox size.

All folders are subject to quotas in Exchange, not just InBox. Check
Sent Items and Deleted Items as these tend to not get cleaned out
regularly.
Clients can also get folder sizes by viewing the properties of

over week to talk to Pre sales people.

Using the at facility, schedule a regular dump of the Event Log using the
dumpel utility, then grep for the string you want.

Three people at my office recieved a message from our other office in
florida but for some reason only the people in the cc line got half the
message and the person in the TO line recieved the whole message. Does
anyone know what would cause this.

I can't install it in another site, they all are remote sites. I understand
relaying the mail to the 2k server, but what would happen when I need to
remove the only 5.5 server (IMC) in the local site? How then would the
remote 5.5 sites send internet mail? Thanks.
