I ran Avvid and Unity - it is solid and no problem with Exchange. The
'Unified Messaging' concept is difficult for most end users however.
Remember, the attachments take up storage space in the email mailbox.
People could not grasp that for some reason...

The user, when logging on, gets a message about creating an OST or a PST
file. They usually click 'OK' or 'Yes'
After that, the user gets their email dumped locally on the host they
are logged onto. Is this due to POP? I have never seen this before...
