Well the first part I already knew, as I did state that in my
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 258243

Backup Program
Note Microsoft does not recommend or support backing up drive M with file-level backup
software
folder calendar through outlook.
Perhaps a dodgy way, but would have worked none the less, as it stands I
have angry people on my case :(
