I think you're SOL on this one. I've never found a way to keep the calendar on the
server yet use a .pst file for the primary delivery point. Although I'd certainly be
interested in hearing otherwise.

No. You will update Free/busy times on the server, but that's all. If you
want other users to see WHY you are busy, then the calendar must be on the
server, which means "no .PST for you!"
Why would you want to deliver to a PST in the first place?
