Is there anyway to export the GAL to a remote user that is using outlook
2000 Internet E-mail Only service? They are setup with an alias on the
exchange server to bounce their mail to their ISP mailservers. So they are
not attached to the exchange server to use any of the resources that are
setup

Contacts. It does an export of the GAL, rejigs it a bit and then does an
import. Is this of any use?

Check the rules set in your anti-virus software. Sometime id the mail
is virus infected it could be sent to deleted Item folder.

particular domains, when you stop the smtp serverice, and restart it,
the smtp service will go through the queued mail, and rebuild the

sp4. I think i am going to try and exclude my owa server in the advanced tab
at the bottom of the window and see if that works. The proxy setting is much
faster that i have to leave it in. I will try that.
