Is there anyway to export the GAL to a remote user that is using outlook 2000 Internet E-mail Only service? They are setup with an alias on the exchange server to bounce their mail to their ISP mailservers. So they are not attached to the exchange server to use any of the resources that are setup

My first opinion would be of user error. However, I agree with the junk mail senders option or email AV, although I havent seen that on any client AV software I have used. Check the particular message and look for similarities.
