Can they use 2 Exchange Server locations? Not the same mailbox. I am not
sure I understand the question here.
A resource domain is a common topology for Exchange deployments. So a user
in Domain 1 can access a mailbox in Domain 2 with appropriate trusts in
place.

We have a situation as follows:
Clients who call the a certain company currently have the option to leave a
voicemail with their details if they wish to receive either of two information
packs in the mail. These messages are currently forwarded to the company via
email on Tuesdays and Thursda
I would just leave it turned off until you see a patch come through in one
of the updates.

replication message is causing the transport engine to crash. It's a
well-known issue. To resolve it, turn off poison message detection.

It sounds like you're using the Auto Accept scripts.
You should be able to restrict who can schedule the resource through the
script by limiting who can send email to the resource.

employees in the past we should have got the warning before, because
