The Exchange Profile Analyzer gives you unread message counts, but I don't think you can tie the counts to the owners of the mailbox (going from memory, I think each mailbox is given a unique number rather than tying it to the owner). Still, it would give you counts of unread messages.

Changing the message format to plain-text should remove all text formatting. I have seen where a badly written disclaimer script had changed the format of the message, causing the message body to all but disappear, while the message headers contained all the details. See if the message body is

We use CallPilot from Nortel and Exchange 2003, this was implemented pre 2007! And as everything Nortel it's not the most user-friendly to work with! But it's nice to get your voice Mail into Outlook and to be able to forward anywhere. ___ Stefan Jafs

Nortel and others will differ from Unity. Unity uses Exchange as the voicmail storage; default option for Nortel is to use an Outlook Add-In that pulls voicemails from the CallPilot server. Unity polls Exchange exactly like BES does -- active MAPI connections to every mailbox. --James On
