OWA problem

Exch 03 environment, 3 mailbox servers with FE. Users on remote mailbox server get "greyed" out window and cannot create new mail or reply when using OWA. No problem reading mail in OWA. No issues at all using Outlook. Any ideas? ~ Ninja Email Security with Cloudmark Spam Engine Gets Image Spa

If your Exchange server is setup for Deleted Item Retention (DIR) then you can use the Outlook Recover Deleted Items feature on the Inbox folder to restore those missing items. I agree that this was likely caused by another Outlook session set to deliver mail to a local PST. -Original Me
