Any recommendations for managing email signatures for the whole domain for those of us on Exch03? I do not think the SMTP sink scripting option is the best way to go. I have seen several third party apps that handle this but am not sure what might be a fit. We only have about 50 users that have

I've been asked to setup an Iphone with access to Exchange Email. I've done this a many a time on Window Mobile devices using ActiveSync. Is there an equivalent of ActiveSync for the Iphone, if so it built in, or do I need a 3rd party app? Also, I have an SSL certificate to install to the device,

The active sync implementation on the iPhone is a partial client not the full fledge one in windows mobile devices, like stated prior it's a matter of supplying the Https://owa.yourcompany.com address and the credentials and the phone should connect and download the secure cert, but if you

One of my guys wrote a script which inserts a jpg signature into Outlook automatically. The jpg must the same as the objUser.sAMAccountName name and it works pretty well in 2007, haven't tried it 2010. Usernames with a . between the names doesn't work, but that's just programming I am sure.

Greg, The issue we have with images in the signature is some of our customers use Text-Only mode and it make a mess of the signature. Our marketing dept is experimenting with using HTML code and including an 'ALT' with the image so at least it show some text. Thank You ~Doug Rooney Sonoma
