Hello Michael,
I have managed to get the server up - Is there something I have to do first
before trying to remove this box?

Most likely, settings provided by the wireless network are different.
Compare your ipconfig /all one to the other.

WE have a similar setup here
One major difference:
Our wireless settings are such that when you log in to Wireless A, you're on
the network so Exchange works like your hard wired
Sign onto Wireless B and it's set for public and outside vendors use and you
will be asked for password

If the server is running, you basically have to get "everything off of it". You
can run setup a gazillion times and it'll tell you, one item at a time, what
has to be cleaned up.

Seems to me that I have seen issues here with all-day events that DON'T book as
busy and other folks booking shorter meetings right over them. I always tell
people to check the "show as busy" box when booking all day events. And
perhaps it is because I am still on a mixed 2003/2010 environment
When it "won't let you" it will always tell you why. Fix what it says, then run
it again.

We had a similar situation, had to install it on a test SQL server (long story)
then move it to a prod SQL server. You don't have to uninstall just move the
SQL Store around. This process is a bit of a PITA but does work. The steps are
