This utility is available in the Microsoft Developers Network under the
product samples. If you do not have access to this util
ofile that is the
help mailbox that they must use for answering the e-mails.
You can also use a distribution list or public folders. We chose the
separate mailbox so that we could keep all responses threaded together.
