I'm curious what other businesses are using for mailbox size limits. We
have a user at one client who keeps insisting that 90Mb isn't enough
(we've already made exceptions to get her to that point). I'd like to
have some comparisons to show her that 90Mb is ridiculous. For
You can set the limit globally by using the information store limit.
Go to SERVERNAME/Private Information Store. Do a properties there and you
will have access to the Storage Limits.
You can also set limits at the MTA level.

the MTA. So how do I limit the size of a message that is being sent within
the server to another user on that server?

my warning at 200MB and limit send at 250MB this works for all but one (who
seems to hover around 400) and since she's the offivce manager, I have to make
some allowances most are below 60 MB
