PFDAVAdmin tool problem

Anyone ever see this error with this tool? I can't seem to make it work, it stops at getting mailbox list popup but never goes past 0 mailboxes and 0 percent complete. Tool isn't hung per se as I can drag the box around and clicking the x lets me close it half peacefully.. I have the latest
