Anyone ever see this error with this tool? I can't seem to make it work, it
stops at getting mailbox list popup but never goes past 0 mailboxes and 0
percent complete. Tool isn't hung per se as I can drag the box around and
clicking the x lets me close it half peacefully..

Is .Net Framework 1.1 installed?

Hold on here. I can't keep everyone's environment in my head. Are you 2003,
2007, 2010, or mixed? I was thinking you were 2003 only.
If you are 2007+ then use exfolders, not pfdavadmin.
