the ONLY thing coming up is event 9323, which
cause they still get prompted for credentials when they launch
outlook?
these are internal users on the network in the domain, they get prompted when
they open outlook 2007 every morning

Yes, expert is higher than medium. You should have loads of messages from
oabgen, which include any problems it had.

but the log is telling me that that i need to raise the level to at least
medium, is expert not higher than medium?
