What do you mean by lose the resource mailboxes? If you're planning on using the NTDSAtrb utility, this will (when used correctly) simply create a new Windows 2000 account for your 5.5 resource mailbox. All you then need to go is to grant access to the E2k mailbox again. Neil Hobson
