outside world these emails are scanned and then delivered to the ISP.
We went through a process of giving certain staff an additional email
address.
This is designed to be used to send secure emails via a secure link and

Unfortunately, you can't do sender based routing in Exchange 2007/2010. It
just isn't in there.
