I wasn't sure how to search for this, so I'm hoping someone has some insight
into this.
When I test an incoming email address with exim -bt -d, it goes to the
correct custom router and transport I set up in exim.conf.
However, this is different than what actually happens
Please disregard my email.
I think I was not reading the exim log correctly.

I had to disable it though since it blocked some of my own users.
