the Setup is as follows:
Asus A7V with Promise ATA100 Controller
Normal IDE Controller
hda == CDROM
Promise ATA 100 Controller
hde == Maxtor 20GB
hdg == Maxtor 20GB
Setup went just fine, Lilo installed
/boot == /dev/hde5
/ == /dev/hde7
