I tried SNF a couple of months ago as well. Had the exact same problem. Sorry to say that I (after 2 days) gave up. I managed to resolve the ping issue, and get client machines on the internet, but I couldn't get FTP, SMTP, or POP to go thru the firewall. If you're looking for a dead dog simple
