Kyle, perhaps you are right about the process, but I think you are too
optimistic about the end of the story. The fact is that after two or more
years Microsoft continue selling their products without problems.

The Appeal Court said the Judge was biased. Where are they going to find
a Judge that hasn't used or had his life affected by Windows?? :)
