You should make sure all your outlets are properly grounded... via that third prong. hold the tv cable, with it disconnected from your pc... and touch the metal part of the pc case... see if you get a little tingly... it may be that your're getting voltage bleeding in/out through your cable li

ehh, what software are you using? have you set the settings to reflect say ntsc (as opposed to pal or secam, if you are in the USA?) and "broadcast" as opposed to cable? is the coax running by flouresecent light fixtures? my win tv works great and is every bit as clear as any other picture on m
