I understand how painful it can be for some OS (no name mentioned, Win95 30+ floppies), but I can install the minimal Debian with nine floppies that takes less than 30 Minutes and Slackware takes even fewer floppies and about the same time. I know all of this, but Debian doesn't work with 2.2.+
