i'm so sorry, terri, both for the little one who went to the bridge
following the neuter, and especially for the FIP kitty--i think that i
hate FIP more than i hate FeLV, because at least you can know the cat
has FeLV and do something about it.. FIP you just can't prevent,
predict or treat.
is now over the bridge... No siblings,
he was an only kitten brought in and dropped off at Petco.

every state's regs are different--but many DO require an annual shot; around here (mid-Michigan), they're only giving the one-year shot (i don't have the citation, but i've heard that, in reality, the 3-year and the 1-year are actually the same dosage--anyone know anything about that?)
