[Finale] Final Bar Changing Layers

Can anyone else confirm this please: Finale 2003 Mac. Occasionally when I'm in the speedy entry frame and reach a final bar it becomes impossible to change layers using the shift-up/down arrows. I have to back up to the previous bar, change layer there and return to the final bar to input

My two cents as a long-time Orchestra Librarian: Concertmasters ALWAYS change bowings. Printed bowings in orchestra parts will inevitably be scribbled out or pencilled over, making a messy, less legible part. Except for places where you want a specific dynamic or expressive effect, DON'T print
