The fun really starts with repeat endings when you want to adjust the
height of the various elements. "Counting the nudges", as suggested by
Peter Taylor, is essential in order to get everything to line up. Some
staves (e.g. guitar with chord symbols above) may need individual
height adjustment
You have mistaken my tone, David: I agree with you!! This number
ballet is fraught with dangers.
(And no, I don't believe you can still use a floppy to do this)
