For a cheap one on OS X, try Intuem or Metro 6. I find Metro a little logey, with some time lag from the MIDI keyboard to internal sound, on a low-end G3 machine. Except for that, it's very similar to MOTU's Performer which is much more expensive (but nicer). Too bad there's only the _much_ mor
