I am familiar with Finale's default drum set map when entering notes, however I'd like to know if there is a way to change Finale's default drum set map to follow PASIC's drum set mapping without having to manually tweak everything? Is there a way to import a mapping that someone has already compl

Pretty sure the Maria Schneider book is in JazzFont. I don't care for B'way Copyist, either. I use JazzFont for notation and Dom Casual for text & chords. There are some problems with JazzFont, and supposedly MakeMusic (or whatever) is looking at an alternative; they can't alter the JF, probably

Just an opinion. I am not a fan of computer imitation of handwritten music. It fools no one and loses the reliable regularity and clarity of a good engraved score. Jazz font is clunky looking and I am among a group of committed jazz musicians who don't use it. Chuck Sent from my iPhone > On
