So when I export files to XML with the new Finale 25.4 upgrade on my
Mac, it saves them by default with the suffix .musicxml, which I guess
is supposed to be the new XML 3.1 suffix.
Unfortunately, files with this suffix don't open in Sibelius 8.6 (Mac).
If I export them from Finale with the .xm
I updated to the Mac Sierra OS and had the same problem. You have to
upgrade to the latest version of Finale for it to work correctly in Sierra.
