How about adding a 2/4 measure where you want it. Then before adding any notes, change the measure to whatever the surround time signature happens to be. Then add your notes. Readjust if necessary to get what you're looking for. That is if I understand your situation correctly. J D Thomas Th

You can select part of a measure by (in selection tool) pressing the left mouse button and dragging around the area you wish to select. I'm not sure exactly what you mean - do you mean there's a 2/4 bar instead of a 4/4 bar? You can double click on the bar using the time signature tool and chang
