Folks I had to an archive reinstall of OS10.3 and as a result fink and my fink installed packages are not being found after starting X. Troubleshooting has shown that the path statements are correct. Research has revealed that this problem is known and reported on one of the fink lists however

Folks, I did a clean install of 10.3 and have installed fink last night, been having trouble ever since, my programs I am wanting are nmap, ettercap, proftpd, ethereal. Now I determined that ettercap and proftpd do not yet have new ports to 10.3 so that is fine however I cannot get everything
