[Fink-beginners] Can I mix KOffice apps with non-KDE Window Managers?

Short story: I want to run KOffice apps in XDarwin rootless with a non-K window manager, but they don't seem to run properly. They run just fine in KDE itself, so I know they're working. Just need to know how / if I can tweak other WMs to run them. Longer version: Got the new Fink 0.5a
