The point though is that the current gcc4 has a bogus libgfortran.so.1.
So if there are compatibility packages created they will have to be
mapped as...
libgfortran.so.0 -> gcc 4.0.3
libgfortran.so.1 -> gcc 4.1.1
libgfortran.so.2 -> gcc 4.2

I just went through the steps of installing gnucash on my PowerBook G4
through Fink. I haven't started using it extensively yet, but the
account setup steps worked great on my Mac. I used to use Gnucash on
my linux box before I got the Mac a few years ago, but now I'm fed up
with Quicken iss
