Not quite sure how people are managing to get pyobjc-1.4 to start
building on Fink under 10.6. The package looks like it should be
restricted to 10.4 and 10.5 with Python2.4...
In any case, it won't work :)

Hi,
I've packaged the latest upstream version of encfs and put the files on
the tracker. See here:
https://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=2163210
It's been sitting there for a while so I thought I'd poke the list and
hopefully somebody would review/commit it for me :)
Thanks.

As far as I can tell doxygen does not need to depend on graphviz or
LaTeX. Removing these two dependencies would make the dependency list of
many packages significantly smaller. Graphviz in particular pulls in a
lot of other packages.
Graphviz can be found at runtime and to make the package build

Hi,
The imagemagick-nox in the unstable tree, surprisingly, depends on Qt3
and FLTK. These are caused by imagemagick's dependency on djvulibre and
openexr respectively.
These are Depends as well as BuildDepends. I suspect that these toolkits
are not needed for the general functioning of these lib

Hi all,
As you may know, the current PyObjC 1.4 in Fink doesn't build on
Leopard. While PyObjC 2.0 is included in OSX Leopard's system python it
would be nice to have in Fink also. That way an application can use
Fink's python libs as well as PyObjC.
This package is of SVN revision 2008 from

Hi,
When I was testing one of my packages on pangocairo (selfupdated today)
I got this message.

but system-xfree86-dev only allows things to BuildDepend on it.

Hi,
The mplayer package that I'm working on (tracker #1885675) depends on
libx264-57-shlibs which depends on gdk-pixbuf, which depends on
gnome-libs-dev.
I'm not sure why libx264 has this dependency on gdk-pixbuf. It compiles and
works for me well without it and this saves my poor old Powerbook f

Hi,
I'm using offlineimap 5.99.4 with Fink under OSX, and whenever a large message
needs to be downloaded it dies with a MemoryError traceback.
After doing a bit of research I discovered this page which suggested that
Darwin's realloc was at fault. Apparently it doesn't always shrink memory.
