After I installed 10.2 Bash broke and would not rebuild. I rebuilt
readline and then rebuilt Bash again, which works fine now. I don't
know if this is enough of an indicator that readline is ok.

First off, thanks for everything guys.
I just updated to Mac OS 10.2 and did a few "fink update all"s. Now
tcsh doesn't work the way it used to, and the aliases are gone, but I
suspect that's Mac OS X's fault. More importantly, for some reason
"man" doesn't work anym
I attempted to update Lifelines. As can be seen, it failed. The
previous version was installed and appeared to be working. After the
failure I rm -r'd all versions and tried again with the same result.
CVS update was done just prior to the attempt; all other packages are
up to date.

I thought I was crazy! I've been using xfree86-rootless from stable
(version 4.2.0-2), and sometimes I cannot move windows. I think it's a
window layering problem, i.e. XFree86 thinks the window is behind another,
but I don't know why it would be a problem on Mac OS X.

I think the bug is in xfree86 (or in my mind) because windows get stuck in
windowmaker as well.
