While working on that problem I realized that lstlang0.sty isn't a file
part of the listings package. It's reserved for your custom additions.
Finally, I compiled the source, copied it into
/sw/share/texmf/tex/latex/listings
and it worked after executing texhash.

I'm trying once again to get Kmail installed via fink to work. The problem is
that when I try to send mail the SMTP server returns an error "HELO requires
domain address". I've telnetted to the SMTP server and I confirm that if I
try a HELO without a domain it throws such an error.

lilypond. More recent versions have changes in the way it deals with
