When I try to install coreutils with the cvs version of fink, it bombs with:
gcc -std=gnu99 -I. -I../lib -I../lib -I/sw/include -g -O2 -MT date.o -MD -MP
-MF .deps/date.Tpo -c -o date.o date.c
mv -f .deps/date.Tpo .deps/date.Po
gcc -std=gnu99 -g -O2 -o date date.o ../lib/libcoreutils.a
10.5 is under non-disclosure; that is, the operating system. Not
gcc; not anything Darwin related; not anything compiled on/for 10.5.
Just the operating system.

I've changed the httpd.conf and related files for apache2 under /sw/

I used fink to build this module from source. So why would it
be complaining that expat is not the correct version, when that is
the version is was built with? Any ideas?
Thanks.

I'm now running Tiger. I've boot-strapped a new install of
Fink. Now, when I try to install GnuCash, I get an error Failed:
Can't resolve dependency bonobo-shlibs for package
gnucash-1.8.11-1 (no matching packages/versions found). The only
problem is, there is no bonobo-shlibs.
Ethereal is in the list of packages over at the sf site; why does fink
not see it when I run fink install?

You fail to state if that allowed you to successfully build gnucash;
did it?

This output is from db3, but several other packages do this as well.

Sorry if this has been discussed. I looked and could find no reference.

I've seen show a couple hundred percent increase in performance, with
