OK, thanks to Ben, I read the upgrade to Jaguar site, and installed the correct version of fink. Thanks again to Martin. Yes, I installed fink in /sw. I did the cvs update, and then using FinkCommander have tried to install the fvwm2 binary. I got the following error: Reading Package Lists...

Well, I've had some luck trying to get Fink working. I've been using FinkCommander, however, I only have 33 packages listed, which is basically the packages I have installed. I have tried apt-get update, etc, and it doesn't seem to get the package info for any other packages. Anyway, so I
