Confirmed on ppc/intel 10.5.11 and ppc 10.4.11 with plplot and vtk installed.

Apparently another conflict, this time with vtk. Note that I have
also plplot installed.

One quick thing I noticed about your log is that you're installing most
things into '/sw/share/plplot5.8.0/tcl/sqlite3', while mine and
Dominique's install uses '/sw/lib/tcl8.4/sqlite3'. Your failed command
dos look for '/sw/lib/tcl8.4/sqlite3/', so at least we know the
