and I found.

I wouldn't normally think this one would be in your linker search path, unless
it's been set by an environment variable, e.g. DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH. Check your

Good question. I think only DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is causing problems for your
other software, so you could make up a shell script like the following:

and run it before you run the staden
Alternatively, you could run (syntax for bash)
unset DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH

sure what happened, it used to work fine. Here's what I see in my X-

I can't get pymol to work. I deleted /sw, and did a clean install
fink, but pymol still fails to launch. Here is the error, which is
the same one I used to get before I cleared my old /sw folder (which
was created back when I was running Jaguar).

The pymol issue has been resolved, it seems. After installing all Apple
updates yesterday, the package still gave a segmentation fault after
other errors it encountered during launch. I just updated ligpng3 to
1.2.6RC4 (a brand-spanking new package), and pymol launched without a

I asked on darwin-development about the compile failures when building
pymol 0.93 on current fink 10.3. One of the darwin developers suggested
we try removing -ansi from the CCOPT1 flag in Rules.make. I did that
change and it does indeed eliminate the compilation problems.
Has anyone made any progress towards getting
pymol 0.90, 0.92 or 0.93 to build under Fink 0.6.1
and MacOS X 10.3?

Did you try the latest pymol (release 2)? It works well for me in
fullscreen WindowMaker. It now depends on the GLUT libraries, which was not
the case for the first release, so that might be causing your problems.
