My farrier said that a Vet will walk away if asked to put down a healthy
horse.

We are still getting our representative in place in Ontario. I will be calling the slaughter facility today, hopefully will be able to catch this man sometime this week to find out where to meet, timeframe, etc. The reason there was a deadline to contact him had nothing to do wit

similar arrangements with as many feedlots and slaughter facilities that I
can. We will also have a message board in place soon on the UEF website
devoted strictly to Fjord rescue. I will announce this to all of you when it
