I turned the equalizer on and levelled out the power settings and it
now behaves like it should. I need to experiment with the Mic In Gain
on the Audio Tab in setup so that I can find a happy medium between
voice and psk.

I am using the basic 100w SDR. Power for digital modes should be set for
around 25 watts because of the high duty cycle. I got the power leveled
out at 25 watts on the meter using the Transmit Equalizer. My power
setting is at 35 watts.

Dale, go to your TRANSMIT setting TAB and check
the values you have for the HIGH and LOW cutoff
of your TRANSMIT AUDIO FILTER.

John UNclick (deselect) the NEW KEYER in the DSP
TAB and that will enable the old keyer.

Try setting the Setup > Transmit [Transmit Compression] Compand
slider to '0', and then engage the CPDR button on the console. It looks
to me like engaging the CPDR button significantly reduces IMD, even
without any Companding action. Don't know if it's supposed to work that

With the new keyer, there is no need to open the form, and in fact, it is
disabled.
If you need to use the form for old keyer, memory keyer, or keyboard keyer,
go to Setup->DSP and REMOVE the selection for New Keyer. The form is
