Hello John,
Don't take that message personally. :-) The target machine actively
refused your connection because it is a Windows 2003 webserver that
doesn't have a clue about SVN. What you want is the Linux SVN server.
The correct IP address is: 206.216.146.154 not 152

OK, I downloaded the SVN per the guide. However, when I attempt to connect
to SVN checkout , I receive the message
"Can't connect to host 206.216.146.152: No connection could be made because
the target machine actively refused it"

This Click 'n' Drag mode will give you the clearest possible reason why
spur reduction is much more than spur reduction. Turn it off and
click_n_drag and then turn spur reduction back on. Amazing. Thanks to
a former traveling companion to Frank and I (Joe Romanowski) for
suggesting this.

I think I have the solution that will make everyone happy. We add two radio
buttons on the Setup Form for S Meter calibration. One will say "Accurate"
and the other will say "Inaccurate." ;>)
