Mike, All of the Kenwood rigs use the same CAT command set. Some of the newer rigs have new commands that are not used by the older rigs, but that is not a problem. The TS-430S would simply ignore a command it didn't recognize. Therefore, any software that will control a Kenwood rig, will

[Flexradio] Power SDR w/other radios
